We know shipping can often be an expensive/confusing pain in the ass. Therefore, for all HAUNTVAULT Shop orders, we partner with The United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS to get your goods to you.
At checkout, you can select your speed of delivery, and see a flat fee for the amount of items in your order. For some of our heavier items (things we are aware USPS or UPS will charge us more for), we may add additional shipping pricing to that specific product. As always, we'll clearly note that on the product's page.
For simplicity, we currently only ship within the United States, however, if you would like to place an international order contact HAUNTVAULT Support who will be happy to create a custom order for ya.
We do our best to ensure our items leave our offices quickly, but can't always anticipate delays. When we ship your item, you will get an automated e-mail, complete with tracking number and link. We also make our best effort to protect the crap out of what we ship... we know it will get bumped, bruised, dropped, and kicked along the way.
